Raising a Concern
We are committed to handling all complaints with integrity and fairness, with a resolution that is for the greatest good of all involved. As we are all learning and growing, complaints are handled as opportunities for learning and development to offer quality services which align with the highest standards for all involved. Complaints can be made in writing.
Complaint Submission Process
To submit a complaint, the following process applies:

- Review & Response – The complaint will be reviewed confidentially. The person raising the concern may be contacted for further details if necessary.
